Abstract

This review delves into how these applications enhance administrative efficiency, foster better communication, increase student engagement, and improve learning outcomes, while also considering the implementation challenges and proposing strategies for successful integration. The paper highlights the necessity for educational institutions to carefully evaluate these technologies before adoption, focusing on how they can effectively enhance academic performance and streamline educational processes.
