Abstract

ABSTRACT The success of a particular strategy is closely related to the quality of the people implementing that strategy. School/madrasah staff members also pay attention to these standards. The institution will progress and have good quality and vice versa, if the school/madrasah administrators are qualified. Therefore, this article describes the management of human resource development and human resource management, this research uses literature. The main focus of this is how schools can improve human resources in each school to improve education standards and the quality of education as a whole.
