Abstract

In many fields of statistics, summary tables are used to describe characteristics within a study population and are often used to compare characteristics of two or more groups. The sumtable command can be used to quickly and easily produce such summary tables, allowing for different types of data to be summarized within one table. In this article, we provide examples and advice for its use.
