Abstract

Uterine arteriovenous malformation ( AVM ) is rare but it can cause life‐threatening genital bleeding. Conservative therapy with Gn RH a can be a useful option for treating a uterine AVM presenting with a congenital heart disease shunt in hemodynamically stable patients.
