Abstract

Influence of temperature of sintering process on microstructure of Bi 2Te3 is investigated in temperature range 240°C-450°C. It is shown that anomalous crystallite growth rate is observed near 320°C. This effect is also reflected in changes of thermoelectric and transport properties of samples. © 2012 American Institute of Physics.
