Abstract
Five centuries later, Christine de Pizan continues to challenge us with a certainly modern and subversive work compared to her time. It is thanks to the lucidity of this woman of letters, whose culture and knowledge have been recognized by her contemporaries, that the glorious entry of the female consciousness of women writers in Europe was possible, in a context loaded with the weight of a long tradition of hostilities against the female sex. The choice of a discursive strategy based on a female gendered enunciator and on successful scenographies would allow her to enter the literary history, while reversing traditional values that concern women's place in the world through an interesting intertextual and intercultural work.
