The possibilities of modern online tools and approaches used for project management and effective communication connected to remote work

Abstract

This article analyzes the most popular and widely used approaches to project management, both remote and non-remote, presented today on the world market, such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban and Waterfall, as well as the concept of “task manager”, the possibilities and functionality of such online platforms. Such tools and approaches can significantly improve the efficiency of communication when working remotely, especially when working with geographically distributed teams, including those performing tasks at the same time in different time zones. The purpose of the article is to analyze the key tools and approaches that are used to manage remote projects and geographically distributed teams and improve their business communication.
