Pengaruh Luas Lahan, Biaya Tenaga Kerja, Dan Harga Pupuk Terhadap Tingkat Pendapatan Petani Padi (Studi Kasus Pada Desa Bottobenteng, Kecamatan Majauleng, Kabupaten Wajo)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of land area, labor costs, and fertilizer prices on the income level of rice farmers. The location in this study is Bottobenteng Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province with the research implementation time lasting for 2 months, namely from November 2024 to January 2025. The population in this study is all rice farmers in Bottobenteng Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province totaling 242 farmers. In selecting the sample, the researcher used the slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was 37 respondents. This study uses primary data by conducting research by providing questionnaires/statement sheets to 37 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: partially, the variables of land area and fertilizer prices had a positive and significant effect on farmers' income while the labor cost variable had a negative and significant effect on farmers' income.
