Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Firm Value of food & beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables tested include Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Firm Size with Profitability as an intervening variable. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of IDX, namely www.idx.co.id and the official websites of each company. The data collection technique is a documentation study with the type of data, namely secondary data. This research uses the Partial Least Square data analysis method. The data analysis tool used Partial Least Square. The results showed that Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, Capital Structure and Profitability have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Firm Size has no effect on Firm Value. Liquidity has a positive effect on Profitability, Capital Structure and Firm Size have no effect on Profitability. Profitability is not able to mediate the influence of Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Firm Size on Firm Value.
