Abstract

Solid State 13C-NMR spectra of sporopollenin derived from Lycopodium clavatum spores and oxidatively polymerised β-carotene have been measured and shown to be very similar suggesting that they have similar carbon skeletal structures. © 1996 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
