SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN UMKM TERBAIK SE-PROVINSI LAMPUNG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SAW (STUDI KASUS : UPTD PLUT KUMKM PROVINSI LAMPUNG)

Abstract

This research was conducted to create an application or system that can select the Best MSMEs in Lampung Province. UPTD PLUT KUMKM has the task of supervising where every assisted UKM will be assessed on business management and the products produced to determine the Best UKM in Lampung Province which will become a pilot role model for other SMEs in Lampung Province. Until now, UPTD PLUT KUMKM only performs an assessment with one indicator only so that manual calculations are not objective and will lead to a high error value because it only measures from one criterion to be more objective, the measurement must use several other criteria, namely Assets, Turnover, Total production, Number of requests, Labor, Quality of production, Total sales and Total loss. So that later will apply the Decision Support System (DSS) in calculating the criteria. To make this application using the system development method, namely Waterfall This system will be developed using the PHP programming language, using the Laravel framework and the MySql database. The results of the Black box testing test yielded a value of 100% with the conclusion that the use was very feasible and very good to be used and applied in UPTD PLUT KUMKM.
