Abstract

PT. Aplus Pacific Jakarta is a company engaged in the manufacturing of mild steel. Based on employee turnover rate data at PT. Aplus Pacific Jakarta for the 2018-2021 period, employee turnover exceeded 10% in a year. This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention of PT Aplus Pacific Jakarta. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 324 employees with a sample of 179 employees, and the detemination of the number of samples using the slovin formula and the method purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The processed data will be analyzed using SPSS Version 26. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The coefficient of determination shows the influence of job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of 46.7% on turnover intention.
