Novel macrocyclic derivatives of diterpenoid isosteviol (16-oxo-ent-beyeran-19-oic acid) possessing two or four ent-beyerane skeletons bonded with linkers having ester, hydrazide, and hydrazone moieties were synthesized. © ISUCT Publishing.
