Magias de cozinha: escravas e feitiços em Portugal - Séculos XVII e XVIII

Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar algumas considerações acerca das manifestações mágico-religiosas da população feminina de origem africana em Portugal entre os séculos XVII e XVIII, relacionadas ao uso de ervas, alimentos e outros ingredientes que compunham os feitiços.With this work I intend to present some considerations on the religious-magical practices of African female populations in Portugal during the 17th and 18th centuries, related to the use of herbs, food and other ingredients which were used in magic spells.
