The research conducted an in-depth interviewing of 15 experts and used the discussion method with other target groups of 15 experts. The research results defined the proposals of 31 issues for the trends of education after COVID-19 situation in Thailand. These proposals were similar to those of the educational paradigm shift from the 20th to the 21st century.
