Abstract

With the popularization and development of prefabricated buildings in rural areas, the application of prefabricated decoration technology in rural residential environment is becoming more and more important, which has also attracted great attention from academia and industry. However, due to many factors, such as low integration, high cost and low market share, the application of this technology in rural residential environment has obvious obstacles. In this paper, based on the modern digital era, firstly, the relevant theories are extensively studied and sorted out, and then the application of BIM + AR intelligent assembly and decoration technology in rural process is studied by means of practical investigation, empirical research and functional analysis. The research shows that the optimization of application mode can better promote the marketization process of assembled decoration technology and help to optimize the construction of rural human settlements. However, to complete the comprehensive optimization of rural human settlements in rural revitalization, further technology market popularization and market adaptation time are required.
