Abstract

In this study, we survey on ready-mixed concrete shipped in Okinawa prefecture, including material temperature, concrete temperature at the time of kneading and unloading, and outside temperature. As a result, it was found that the concrete temperature at the time of unloading must be about 33℃ or less so that the concrete temperature at the time of kneading does not exceed 35℃. We also showed that random forest and LightGBM, which are a type of machine learning, can estimate concrete temperature at the time of kneading and unloading with high accuracy from the unit quantity of material, material and outside temperature.
