Abstract

In this work we explore the use of computer vision for bus detection in the context of intelligent transport systems. We propose a simple and efficient method to detect moving objects using a probabolistic modelling of the scene. For classification of the detected moving regions we study the use of eigenfaces. © Springer-Verlag 2013.
