Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of shared leadership and vertical leadership on team satisfaction, team commitment, and team performance of nurses. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey study. The participants in this study were 165 nurses working at a general hospital located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Data were collected from March 9 to April 12, 2018 using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the SPSS/WIN program. Results: Shared leadership and vertical leadership were found to have a positive correlation with the nurse's team satisfaction, team commitment, and team performance.
