The fundamental purpose of any business is to meet the needs and expectations of its consumers. Creating a proactive strategy to learn about client wants and requirements is crucial. A long queue of rivals is waiting to seize the opportunities to advance if this doesn't happen. The degree to which a product meets or exceeds an individual's expectations is known as satisfaction. The gap between actual results and one's expectations determines the degree of satisfaction. There were essentially three tiers of satisfaction that a consumer may reach. The consumer is unhappy if the results are not what they were hoping for. The customer is satisfied if the performance meets their expectations. The customer is extremely happy, pleased, or thrilled if the performance goes above and above their expectations. Companies are setting lofty goals since even content consumers can easily go to a competitor when a better deal arises. The difficulty lies in establishing a corporate culture in which client satisfaction is the primary goal of every employee. Bharti Airtel's customer satisfaction is the focus of this project .The telecom market is very competitive, therefore ensuring customer pleasure has become a top priority. The customer's level of satisfaction determines how loyal he will be to the brand.
