The Catechism of the Catholic Church in evangelisation

Abstract

In light of the encyclical Lumen fidei and the apostolic exhortation Evangelii gaudium, it is worth presenting the Catechism of the Catholic Church in its full value today, as a gift for the Church and humanity, as well as an instrument of the unity of the faith and its contextualisation in the diversity of cultures. This article highlights the role played by both Catechism and its Compendium, which are an essential reference regarding the «symphony of faith».
