Substratum‐associated microbiota

Abstract

A review of literature published in 2008 on the subject of ecology of substratum-associated microbiota (algae, bacteria, fungi and viruses). We also highlighted, some of the new methods that can be applied to the study of substratum substratum-associated microbiota and included new described taxa.
