Abstract

The author discusses how clinicians can engage in choice architecture surrounding prostate cancer decision-making in a way that is ethically responsible. Topics discussed include argument by Filson et al for a shared decision-making process where patients are presented with information on the risks and benefits of expectant management and the techniques that can help in prostate cancer decision such as framing insights, social norms and narratives.
