Abstract
Recurring adult-type granulosa cell tumors of the ovary are usually treated by surgical resection followed by chemotherapy or radiation. However, the results of such treatment are disappointing. We describe 4 patients in whom recurrent ovarian granulosa cell tumors were treated with an aromatase inhibitor, with promising results. ©2009 by IGCS and ESGO.
