Abstract

In Fig. 1a, L-leucine should be cyclized by GLOXY4 to form 4-methyl-L-proline, which should be then catalyzed by GLOXY2 to form 3-hydroxy-4-methyl-L-proline. L-proline should be also catalyzed by GLOXY2 to form 3-hydroxy- L-proline. Fig. 1b, in rows “B1” and “A1” column 3, the R1 positions of pneumocandins B1 and A1 should be corrected from “OH” to “H”.
