Abstract

A case is reported of a 14-month-old breastfed girl, presenting with severe neurological features, in whom the finding of cobalamin deficiency led to the diagnosis of pernicious anaemia in her mother. Treatment with hydroxocobalamin led to the child's complete recovery.
