Abstract
The case is described of a woman aged 57 who had diabetes insipidus associated with a combination of reticulation and miliary mottling throughout both lung fields. A granulomatous or xanthomatous process is thought to be the most likely diagnosis, though sarcoidosis cannot be definitely excluded. © 1954, British Medical Journal Publishing Group.
