Abstract
The new international trade rules request more and more foodstuffs quality and sanitary requirement. These constraints of sanitary security impose to the African exporter countries of oleaginous products (oil, cake, edible groundnuts...) to set up some actions to guarantee the products quality throughout the production and transformation process (good agricultural practice, HACCP process, self-control, treacibility...). Without a quick set up of this measurement those countries will see all the usual trade dosed for them particularly in Europe.
