Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pembayar Zakat Kepada Lembaga Zakat

Abstract

Zakat payment is one of the pillars of Islam that must be carried out by Muslims who have economic ability. However, there are still many Muslims who do not understand the importance of zakat and have not paid zakat properly. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence zakat payments to zakat institutions. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the factors that influence zakat payments to zakat institutions are understanding of zakat, economic ability, awareness of the importance of zakat, availability of information about zakat institutions, and trust in zakat institutions. This study is expected to contribute to the development of strategies to increase awareness and participation of Muslims in paying zakat to zakat institutions.
