Analisis Dampak Hukum Penerapan Pembatasan Kepemilikan Hak Atas Tanah Maksimal Lima Bidang

Abstract

Land in general has an important role in social life, especially in Jepara City, therefore the land is often used by the people of Jepara to develop their business in the furniture sector for furniture companies in Jepara. There are regulations on limiting land rights to a maximum of 5 plots, so the company Jepara is affected by these restrictions, and the authors examine whether the regulations regarding these restrictions are ideal for furniture companies in Jepara. In discussing this problem the author uses the empirical juridical research method and in this study the author finds that there are positive and negative impacts of limiting the land to a maximum of 5 fields and legal consequences for the Jepara company, namely the positive impact is the absence of monopoly by furniture companies in Jepara, but the negative With the limitation, furniture entrepreneurs are hampered in developing their business.
