Abstract

This paper puts forward and then examines how management can effectively implement a successful change management process. This is a conceptual paper that draws upon extant research and literature. The paper's contribution is that it provides a template upon which management can base their strategic change decisions. Resistance to change is a major hurdle to most managers and the paper outlines strategies that can be employed to tackle it.
