Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational justice, organizational culture and the influence of employee empowerment on organizational commitment of LPD Employees in the Adat Village of Kuta. This research is classified into associative quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees in the Indigenous Village LPD Kuta as many as 68 people. The method used is saturated sampling, *Dwhere all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the number of samples in this study were 68 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that organizational justice, organizational culture and employee empowerment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in the LPD of Adat Kuta Village.
