Abstract
For execution of any building the software on employee management system it requires planning, procedure and proper implementation. Now a days, Employee performance Management System is one of most essential and useful software acquired by most of the industries. As it contributes daily Human Resource task like storing all the employee related data in one location. The EPMS software has made daily Human Resource task easy and time saving. The objective of EPMS is to move information and data of employees to the companies. With the help of the research work, managers can take several important decisions to improve performance of company or organization it eliminates human caused errors. This software is designed in such a way that it provides full data security and privacy. In the proposed work training and performance of the employee is calculated as 61.1 points or 61.1% and the average monthly attendance is 27.3, also the average of last ten years profit of the company is Rs. 62, 500 and loss is Rs. 21, 250. EPMS method will give information used by Human Resource that is recruitment, project management, payroll management, attendance, performance, time sheet, work flow, policies, and compensation and appraisal management.
