Variáveis que afetam a aprendizagem: percepção de alunos de licenciatura e professores

Abstract

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi o de analisar algumas das variáveis que afetam o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A amostra foi composta de 90 estudantes dos cursos de licenciatura em Matemática, Psicologia e Pedagogia e de 30 professores da Rede Estadual de 1º e 2º graus na época; hoje Ensino Fundamental e Ensino Médio no interior do Estado de São Paulo. O primeiro instrumento usado foi um questionário tipo Likert, investigando as áreas de ensino: a) cotidiano do aluno; b) planejamento pedagógico; c) interação professor-aluno e d) a criatividade no ensino. No segundo instrumento, foi pedido aos sujeitos que citassem dez adjetivos do professor real e dez do professor ideal. Os resultados revelam que a área mais importante foi a criatividade no ensino para alunos e professores. O adjetivo de pessoa “criativa” foi o mais mencionado para qualidade de professor ideal. Dessa forma, é necessário dar mais ênfase ao processo de criatividade nos cursos mencionados.The purpose of this work was to analyses the variables which affect the process of teaching and learning. Our sample was composed by 90 students of the Mathematics, Psychology and Pedagogy Courses and 30 public teachers from state schools in São Paulo. The first instrument used was a questionnaire in a Likert scale, investigating the following teaching areas: a) student daily activity; b) pedagogical planning; c) teachersstudent interaction and d) teaching creativity. As a second instrument, it was asked the students to name ten adjectives of a real teacher and ten for ideal teacher. The results revealed that the most important area was “creativity” in teaching, for students and teachers. The adjective “creative” was the most mentioned as a quality for the ideal teacher. Thus, it is necessary to give more emphasis to the creativity process in the courses mentioned above.
