Abstract
A fungus gnat damaging seedlings of glasshouse cucurbits has been identified as Bradysia sp. Earlier records show a similar injury to cucumbers in Northland by a related insect. The damage is described and control measures listed. © 1978 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
