Abstract
The objective of this article is to present the articulations between the National Guidelines for Physical Education formation-DCN/EF- (Resolution CNE/CES 06/2018) and the educational counter-reform process in Brazil, in the context of neo-liberal conservative reaction. Based on the analysis of the documents of the current formation policies and literature review, we show how there cent changes in the Conselho Nacional de Educação– CNE express the advance of the new right that articulates in the country neoconservative, technocratic, neoliberals and conservative populist sectors in the country, with structural reflexes in the guidelines for Physical Education formation. We conclude that these curricular policies are aligned with the movement of privatization, dissolution of the public sphere, removal of rights and mercantile deregulation. Specifically, the curriculum disseminates a training project based on flexibility and curricular fragmentation, on the pedagogy of competences and on the retreat from theory materialized in the pragmatic curriculum.
