Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the struggles for recognition around the sexuality-disability relation in Latin America. It aims at building the role and figure of sexual accompaniment for people with disabilities with severe dependency. It brings forward some initial conclusions about the normative, power, religious, and symbolic logics surrounding this figure.
