Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the conception in Eastern Andalusia of the teaching staff of the Forestry Management Training Cycle about the professional competences to be acquired by the students who study the reference degree, for which the aim is to define the dimensions that allow the determination of grouped competences in units of competence and analyze the degree of importance that teachers give each of the competencies defined. It was based on a population of 126 teachers, performing an incidental sampling, whose sample of data was 102 teachers, 68 men and 34 women. A descriptive-inferential study was carried out, with an exploratory-transversal character. The descriptive study used as means of central tendency: means and medians, and as a measure of dispersion, the standard deviation. When the normality of the curve was fulfilled, the inferential study was performed with student.
