Abstract
Persilangan ♂N x ♀w menghasilkan F1 berupa betina normal (♀N) dan jantan white (♂w), selanjutnya setelah diadakan persilangan diantara keduanya (F2) menghasilkan empat macam sifat yaitu ♂N, ♀N, ♂w, ♀w. Lain halnya dengan hasil perkawinan resiproknya ♀N x ♂w, menghasilkan F1 strain normal baik jantan maupun betina, dengan betina heterozigot. Persilangan antar F1 menghasilkan F2 dengan strain N♂, ♀N, ♂w. Adanya perbedaan hasil antara persilangan ♂N x ♀w dan resiproknya, menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pautan kromosom kelamin, dengan sifat mata white terpaut pada kromosom X Kata kunci: pautan kelamin, resiprok, Drosophyla melanogaster ABSTRACT PHENOMENON of SEX LINKS at the INTERSECTION of Drosophila melanogaster STRAINS of N♂ x w♀ DAN N♂ x b♀ and BACK CROSS Crosses ♂N x ♀w yields F1 a normal female F1 and male white, the next convened after a cross between the two (F2) produces four kinds of ♂N, ♀N, ♂w, ♀w. Another case with mating back cross ♀N x ♂w, producing a normal good strains of F1 males and females, with females heterozygous. Crosses between F1 producing F2 with strains N♂, ♀N, ♂w.
