Abstract
Hydraulic Scissor lift is an economical solution for light to medium weight material loading systems which utilizes a mechanism linked to a loading platform. This paper presents computations for evaluation of actuator forces under the rated loading of the scissor lift. In this present work, the mobile scissor lift has been designed to be powered by hydraulic to a height of 8m carrying a maximum load of 1000kg. The design process parameters have been simultaneously identified to enrich the process of nature. The hydraulic scissor lift component design includes arm, upper platform, lower plate, hydraulic tank, motor, and wheel. The final 3D model was carried out by using Solid work Software.
