A FEMINIZAÇÃO DO MERCADO DE TRABALHO E A “QUESTÃO SOCIAL” EXPRESSA NO GÊNERO

Abstract

RESUMO: O presente artigo tem por objetivo principal apresentar reflexões sobre o contexto histórico da mulher ocasionando na feminização do mercado de trabalho, e nas relações de gênero como expressão da "questão social". Buscou-se refletir sobre o "ser" mulher diante de uma sociedade machista, patriarcal e sexista, e como se dá as relações de trabalho diante de tanta desigualdade e preconceitos que foram impostos sob as mulheres dentro de um sistema tão perverso como o capitalismo. Para desenvolver este artigo, a metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, que se constituiu num passo inicial de indagações mais amplas, para que haja novas possibilidades de formulação dos problemas mais precisos ou de pesquisa de hipóteses através de estudos posteriores. ABSTRACT: This article aims to present reflections on the historical context of women causing feminization of the labor market, and gender relations as an expression of "social issues". We sought to reflect on the "being" woman in the face of a sexist, patriarchal and sexist society, and how labor relations occur in the face of so much inequality and prejudice that have been imposed on women within such a perverse system as capitalism. To develop this article, the methodology used was the bibliographic research.This study is the initial step of broader questions, so that there are new possibilities for formulating more precise problems or hypothesis research through further studies.
