Abstract

In the biology section for each bee species, reviews the available information on nest location. Paratrigona opaca: nests in active or abandoned arboral nests of Dolichoderus bispinosus (Bequaert, 1943: 141; Schwarz, 1948: 377, Muzo, Dep. Boyacá, Colombia) & nests in live arboral nests of Camponotus senex, & possibly in abandoned nests of other species of ants (Wille and Michener, 1973, Costa Rica). Paratrigona myrmecophila: nests in active arboral nests of Camponotus senex (Laroca & Almeida, 1989, Cachoeira de Samuel, Porto Velho, RO, Brazil).
