Abstract
Plasma cell granulomas are uncommon, benign tumors comprised primarily of mature plasma cells are rarely found in the head and neck, and have never been reported in the temporal bone. This case represents the first report of a plasma cell grnauloma originating in the temporal bone. Treatment options include surgical removal and radiation therapy.
