Abstract
This purpose aims participatory and social research results that were conforming like analysis and reflection way about power relationships of young people of Politic workshops in El Alto, Bolivia, in a special context of last de - cade 2006-2016 for Proceso de Cambio (change process). In this article, we show how we follow a deconstructive thread of power relations conceived as domination, to achieve the expansion of the epistemic approach for autho - rity's analysis and arrive to the understanding of three forms of power relations, one horizontal, one vertical and another procedural, which are constituted as parallel and superposed networks that are deployed and practiced by the young participants in their daily systems of social and political coe - xistence. These forms of construction of authority and decision making are consolidated as practices and imaginary of possible changes and their own role as agents in there, as actors of a historical sociopolitical dynamics that had a very important milestone with the arrival of Evo Morales and the MAS to the Bolivian government.
