Abstract

The Mayer-Rokitansky-KOster-Hauser syndrome is a congenital condition. It is characterized by uterine aplasia, proximal vaginal hypoplasia, normal secondary female characteristics and normal female karyotype - 46 XX. We present a series a cases of female patients with alterations typical for this condition. Medical imaging is essential for the diagnosis and the treatment for this syndrome.
