Abstract

The objective of this project is to determine to what extent the proposal for improvement in production and maintenance processes according to Six Sigma theory affects the quality of Ecopacking Cartones S.A. Chao, since it is important and necessary to ensure the quality of the product, as well as guarantee the orders of boxes acquired in good condition and with the specifications requested by the client. For them, it has been determined to select industrial engineering tools to evaluate and reduce the economic losses evaluated in the area of maintenance and production in agribusiness, thus choosing the best proposal to increase and progress the production processes according to the theory.
