Abstract

Isolated left ventricular noncompaction (IVNC) is a rare congenital anomaly. The clinical manifestations include congestive heart failure, systemic thromboemboli, arrhythmias and sudden death. We report a case of IVNC in a male patient who presented with atrial fibrillation with complete heart block. © 2011 The Japanese Society of Internal Medicine.
