PENYALAHGUNAAN WEWENANG POLRI DALAM PEMBERANTASAN TINDAK PIDANA PERJUDIAN (STUDI KASUS DI POLDA BALI)

Abstract

There are members of the Bali regional police (POLDA BALI) involved in criminal acts, which causes POLRI to have the authority to develop initiatives in Article 15 paragraph (1) letter e of Law No. 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police. Research Methods The law of this research starts from primary / basic data, namely data obtained directly from the community as the first.
