Abstract

Cis pallidus Mellié, 1849 is redescribed based on specimens from Northeast, Southeast, and South Brazil, and from Argentina. A lectotype is designated for Cis semipallidus Pic, 1916, and the species is synonymized with C. pallidus. The first host fungi records and a distribution map for the species are provided. © Paula V.
