Abstract

The article discusses relevant questions related to evidence-based teaching (EBT) and how to use the evidence to enhance the teaching programs. It contends that while evidence in teaching helps ameliorate the quality of information practices, evidence-based teaching should be regarded in a broader setting of user perspective and learning theories. It also states that theoretical and practical applications are necessary to help health professionals adopt the principles of EBT for the future.
